Practice, P.O.L.'s and MORE!!!

Hello friends,

Enjoy looking at these memories with your families and be sure to give them more information about what they see!  You guys are the experts!

We had our last Fine Motor Practice with Allyson this week.  Friends had a lot of fun building their printing skills!

The Loving Reading Scientists practiced in partnerships everyday to help get themselves ready for their Presentation of Learning.

We visited our school's map of the United States to identify where San Diego, CA is.

We also found where our friend Lily is on the map in relation to us.  One friend is on CA (where we currently are) and our other friend is standing all the way over on NY (where Lily is visiting)!

We also checked out the beautiful murals that the 8th graders painted on our school's wall ball courts.  We discussed what each word meant and if we ever do it.

CRITICAL THINKING: To think about something seriously
(not pictured)

CREATE: To make something

COLLABORATE: To work together

COMPASSION: To care about others

We chose to celebrate the end of our kindergarten year together by doing some of our favorite things.  This week, we DANCED!

Friends also took the time to show their peers how to use different tools and play different games found in our class.

This week, the Loving Reading Scientists completed their Presentations of Learning.  Each child was so anxious/excited/proud of themselves!  Congratulations, friends! (and thank you to all of our volunteer photographers that helped to capture these memories!)

Love, Gaby
