Hello friends and families,
Here's a little trip down memory lane. Enjoy these images with your child to hear more information from their perspective.
Sequential Order Stories
We had fun looking at images on these playing cards and put them in the proper order for the story to make sense. We helped a fireman put out a building fire and a class put up the American flag!
Handwriting Without Tears
The Scientist Friends enjoy this weekly ritual of practicing our best lines to make clear letter shapes. We've learned about Frog Jump, Corner Start and Center Start Letters. After each letter, friends self-assess their work, then ask friends for feedback of how they could make their work look more clear. In the end, each child finds their "Teacher Letter" (the letter that looks SO CLEAR, it looks like a teacher wrote it!).
The Hula Hoop Challenge
This week we invited our 4th Grade Buddies to participate in the Hula Hoop Challenge with us. It was lovely to watch the Scientist Friends and the 4th Grader encourage each other and give each other tips to get through the hoops. They did it!!
